Mor & dotter/ Mother & daughter
In Evelina Gustavsson’s film she explores the relationship between mother and daughter - a relationship that can be full of joy but also filled with sorrow and anger. In her work she's looking for boundaries; how far you can go, how to behave and not to behave and when the line of what is acceptable or not has been crossed. Perhaps there are no limits to what's acceptable in such a relationship.

Evelina Gustavsson
Evelina Gustavsson born 1974 in Angelholm, Sweden. She completed her Masters in 2004 (School of Photography and Film, Gothenburgh/Academy of Fine Arts, Umea). Works with video and photography primarily. She’s a member of FilmForm, Stockholm. Her video art has been screened nationally and internationally. Some of the screenings: Vidoebuffé, Galleri 54, Gothenburg, WERA Short and documentaryfilmfestival, Aland and Videozone2, Tel Aviv, Israel.
