Cornholme
Taking its title from the village it depicts, Cornholme attempts to re-focus the viewer’s attention onto a place that is continually passed through and by. This short film investigates ideas of stasis, of time passing and of time passed in a landscape where natural beauty and post-industrial decay overlap.

Katy Woods
Katy Woods was born in Wigan, UK in 1975 and she lives and works in Sheffield. She graduated from the MA in Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University in 2006. Since graduating she has exhibited in national and international group shows including Laura Lancaster and Katy Woods at The International 3, Manchester, Boring English Countryside and On Garbage at August art, London and North West at Consortium Gallery, Amsterdam. She is currently working on a new film for Art Sheffield 08, commissioned by Sheffield Contemporary Art Forum.
